Mr. Cassidy’s experience includes a variety of roles from sales through senior executive leadership.
- American Hospital Supply Corporation: Served in a number of field sales and management positions. Led Marketing and created a value proposition focused on packaging commodity-based products around cost management, efficiency, and assisting customers in marketing themselves to their constituents.
- Baxter Healthcare Corporation -- Dietary Products Division: Assumed presidency of the division as a joint venture between Baxter and Kraft Foodservice (later Alliant Foodservice), and grew annual sales from $150 million to more than $1 billion.
- Alliant Foodservice, Inc.: Negotiated the sale of the Dietary Products Division to Alliant and moved with the acquisition. Introduced a Plan. Focus. Deliver.® methodology to the organization responsible for chain and national accounts – about half of the company’s revenues – and then to the company as a whole as Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President.
- Allegiance Healthcare: Recruited as President of
e-Commerce to create the company’s Internet strategy. Moved up to the parent corporation, Cardinal Health, as Senior Vice President of e-Business.
